4. How do I choose between single color, dimmable, and RGB LED strip lights?
Choosing the right LED strip depends on the atmosphere and functionality you need:
Single color LED strip lights
Best for simple, consistent lighting. Ideal if you only need one fixed color such as warm white or cool white for clean, minimal illumination.
Dimmable LED strip lights
Perfect if you want adjustable brightness while keeping a consistent color. Great for spaces like bedrooms, living rooms, or TV backlighting where mood control matters.
RGB LED strip lights
Best for dynamic lighting effects and color changes. Suitable for gaming setups, parties, entertainment areas, or decorative lighting where ambiance flexibility is important.
5. Why do my LED strip lights turn on and off randomly?
If your LED strip lights are turning on and off by themselves, it is usually caused by signal interference affecting the receiver, rather than a product malfunction.
This can happen when other remote-controlled devices or signals are nearby.
To fix this issue, please try re-pairing the remote control with the receiver:
- Point the remote directly at the LED strip receiver;
- Press and hold the “10%” and “50%” buttons at the same time;
- Hold for about 10 seconds until the connection is reset
After re-establishing the connection, the lights should operate normally. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
