FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ON LAMOMONEON.COM!

LAMOMONEON.COM has studios in Hong Kong, China, Shenzhen, China, and Los Angeles, USA. We support free shipping to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe, but temporarily do not support shipping to India and South Africa.

You can enjoy free shipping on any order you place.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is based on the average delivery time that we have rigorously estimated for many years of processing customer orders. Lamomo Neon® does not make any guarantees for the delivery time of all orders.

Delivery time = order processing time + handmade time + logistics transportation time

We offer you the following two shipping methods:

Standard Free Shipping: 10-15 working days

Paid Express Shipping: 3-7 working days ($39.9USD)

Usually, Standard Free Shipping is the default option, which you can choose at checkout if you want. Shipping costs will appear on your payment list.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

After receiving your order, we will start to check your order information to ensure that there are no errors and no omissions, and then transfer it to the designer for design confirmation. All our products are handmade, and the quality will be guaranteed to the highest level.

Usually, it takes 1-2 days to make by hand.

In order to protect your consumer rights, all products will undergo a comprehensive quality inspection.

The time for the parcel to be delivered to the freight forwarding company is around 1-2 business days (excluding the day the order is placed and the time it takes to process the order). Ships before 6pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Sometimes, orders placed during holidays, weekends, and special promotions will be processed 3-5 calendar days later than normal, which may cause a slight delay in your order processing. Thank you very much for your patience.

Tip: During the Spring Festival holiday, the order processing time will be extended by 15-20 days.

After we ship, we will email you the tracking number of the package from the logistics company. Depending on the selected logistics company, there may be a one business day delay between when we send the order and when we get the tracking number. If you have not received our tracking number, it means that we may not have sent your order or the tracking number information has not been updated, you can contact us at info@lamomoneon.com, I hope you can understand.

Lamomo Neon® cannot guarantee the arrival date of the package due to weather related, local customs clearance or other shipping delays beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE: Lamomo Neon®takes all necessary measures to ensure the safe delivery of our logo to our customers. We use well-known and high-quality courier service providers. After the delivery process starts, you can track the shipping status in real time on www.17track.net with the tracking number given by our delivery reminder. If you find any accident during transportation, please contact us in time, Lamomo Neon® will make sure to track the package for you.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping service.
