- Product Availability: Custom Neon products are made to order, and this includes some of the products on the website. Standard orders take 2-3 weeks (including production and shipping), and “expedited” orders take 24 days (including production and shipping). Please select the “Standard” or “Expedited” option at checkout, feel free to contact us on the date you need to sign for receipt, and we will make every effort to ensure that the product you purchased will be delivered to you within the stipulated time; but we do not make any guarantees, as there may be issues beyond our control, customs clearance may increase delivery time in some countries.

Lamomo Neon® Warranty
Custom Neon products include a 24-month warranty that applies to properly used electrical components. Please note that indoor signs are not suitable for use outdoors in any areas where they may get wet. Improper use will void the warranty.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wiring and Installing Signs: Lamomo Neon® is not responsible for any costs incurred in installing and / or removing signs. In the unlikely event that your sign fails presumably, we request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may request that the sign be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you choose to install and/or hardwire your sign, Lamomo Neon® is not responsible for any costs incurred by uninstalling and/or reinstalling your sign. If your sign has been hardwired by an electrician, the failure will be covered by our 24 month warranty at our sole discretion.
Damaged in Transit
We recommend that you open your custom neon package upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your logo is damaged in transit, Lamomo Neon® will ensure a solution.
Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of your custom neon sign to be eligible for replacement. Damage or malfunctions reported after this time period will be subject to our general return and refund policy and will not be covered under warranty. Note: The delivery date is the delivery date of the courier and can be found according to the prompt in your tracking email.
If you believe your item was damaged in transit and you are within the 14 day claim period, please email your LED Neon Designer or info@lamomoneon.com with all of the following information:
- Clear photo of sign damage
- A clear photo of the box and any damage to the outer box
- A clear photo of the shipping label on the box
Lost, Missed and Stolen Signs
Lamomo Neon® takes all necessary measures to ensure the safe delivery of our logo to our customers. We use a premium courier service that requires a signature on delivery. Once the shipping process begins, customers can opt-out of signing for delivery directly through the shipping service. Please note that if you opt out of the signature requirement, Lamomo Neon® will not be responsible for lost, missed or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping service.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel per-person, per-household or per-order quantities in our sole discretion. These restrictions may include orders placed on the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders using the same billing or shipping address.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email or billing address, phone number you provided when placing your order. We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit documents judging orders placed by resellers, resellers or distributors.

Lamomo Neon® Warranty
Custom Neon products include a 24-month warranty that applies to properly used electrical components. Please note that indoor signs are not suitable for use outdoors in any areas where they may get wet. Improper use will void the warranty.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wiring and Installing Signs: Lamomo Neon® is not responsible for any costs incurred in installing and / or removing signs. In the unlikely event that your sign fails presumably, we request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may request that the sign be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you choose to install and/or hardwire your sign, Lamomo Neon® is not responsible for any costs incurred by uninstalling and/or reinstalling your sign. If your sign has been hardwired by an electrician, the failure will be covered by our 24 month warranty at our sole discretion.
Damaged in Transit
We recommend that you open your custom neon package upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your logo is damaged in transit, Lamomo Neon® will ensure a solution.
Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of your custom neon sign to be eligible for replacement. Damage or malfunctions reported after this time period will be subject to our general return and refund policy and will not be covered under warranty. Note: The delivery date is the delivery date of the courier and can be found according to the prompt in your tracking email.
If you believe your item was damaged in transit and you are within the 14 day claim period, please email your LED Neon Designer or info@lamomoneon.com with all of the following information:
- Clear photo of sign damage
- A clear photo of the box and any damage to the outer box

Lost, Missed and Stolen Signs
Lamomo Neon® takes all necessary measures to ensure the safe delivery of our logo to our customers. We use a premium courier service that requires a signature on delivery. Once the shipping process begins, customers can opt-out of signing for delivery directly through the shipping service. Please note that if you opt out of the signature requirement, Lamomo Neon® will not be responsible for lost, missed or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping service.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel per-person, per-household or per-order quantities in our sole discretion.
