Colors: We have a total of 14 colors for both LED lights and LED strip covers to choose from, which means the color of light and  strip covers can be different.
We also offer RGB and Full colors lights.

Fonts: We have developed 30 font families including cursive, block and double line fonts. If the custom neon fonts on our custom neon page  aren’t what you want, tell us what you need and we’ll make it happen right away!

Once you click the “Add to Cart” button, The system will generate a proof of your neon sign design with all the details of your custom order, price and what you will receive in the box. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and we will start making your neon sign. If you still have questions or need assistance, please email us with any questions and we will provide further assistance. Please note that your order turnaround time is reached without objection within 12 hours of your order being placed. When in doubt, this may add additional processing time. If we do not receive your question or objection within 12 hours of receiving the order, we will start production.

Our custom sign maker is for making neon text signs, personalized name signs. If you’re looking for something different, please send over your design or picture via email or upload it on custom neon sign page. We’d love to work with you on a design. We can do any fonts, shapes, and even UV-print out your design to turn your vision into a neon. masterpiece!

The price of our handmade LED neon signs will be calculated according to the consumables and the difficulty of your customized neon signs. In the process of customizing your neon signs, all prices will be transparent, and you will confirm the customized neon signs. signage to generate the final price. In addition to great prices, our experienced team provides unparalleled customer support, from the design stage to delivery and after-sales service.

There are various options for you to choose from. By default, the custom neon sign is mounted on a clear acrylic backplate, choose different backplate shapes for different fonts: cut shapes, cut rectangles, cut letters, acrylic stand and out of the box. All logos will be designed and produced within 12 hours of placing the order and confirming with you. It generally takes 1-3 days to make (depending on how easy it is to customize the content). If there are too many pending orders, there will be delays. You can always tell me your expected delivery date and we will fully cooperate with your request.

We design and manufacture all kinds of neon signs, including: commercial signs, shop signs, UV printing signs, RGB color changing/symphony signs, wedding signs, party signs, all kinds of festivals, event signs, home decoration signs, outdoor signage, etc.

Neon products come with a 24 month warranty. For claiming warranty, please keep your receipt and/or invoice to verify proof of purchase. During the warranty period, we offer complimentary repairs or replacements for products or parts that are confirmed to have defects arising from substandard materials or craftsmanship.

Please note that indoor signs are not intended for outdoor use or areas where they might be exposed to water. Using the product improperly will invalidate the warranty. The approach to resolving any issues will be tailored to the specific cause of the fault and will be agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. Lamomo Neon® assumes no responsibility for costs associated with the installation or removal of the neon sign. Should you suspect a failure with your sign, we will ask for photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may request that the sign be returned to us for repair or replacement.

In the case of an alleged sign failure due to an undetermined cause, we will use our discretion to assess whether the issue is covered under our 24-month warranty.

Our custom neon signs and regular LED neon lights are usually in 8-10mm thickness, with a minimum letter height of about 3-4 inches for simple / non-cursive fonts and about 3-4 inches for cursive fonts 4-5 inches. More size options are available for custom neon signs, see the Custom Neon Signs page for details. If you request an oversized sign, you may let us know the exact size you want. If the sign is too big to ship, we will construct it by using two or more backboards that can be easily assembled. This design not only ensures the safety of the sign during transit but also meets your specific requirements.

If you plan to use your new neon sign outdoors or anywhere it might get wet, please choose "Outdoor Use" in the product options .Our outdoor neon signs are waterproof and we will add IP67 waterproofing for you dust -rated process and protected against immersion in water up to 3.3 feet (1 meter) deep for up to 30 minutes. Since the tags are equipped with adapters, controls, and have a power outlet, they are not suitable for underwater use. Please note that our standard signs are not waterproof and should not be exposed to wet weather, extreme heat or cold, or placed where they may become wet.

Please open your package as soon as you receive it. If your neon sign is damaged during shipping, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to take a picture and video of the broken sign in the box, report the broken part, and attach that content to your email. We will make sure to provide a solution.

Lamomo LED strip lights come with a 3 to 5-year limited warranty, depending on the product type:

COB LED strip lights: 3-year warranty
Other LED strip lights (Single Color & RGB): 5-year warranty

Yes, Lamomo LED strip lights are designed for easy DIY installation, even for beginners.

Most of our LED strip lights are installed using the included mounting clips and screws, which provide a secure and long-lasting hold—especially on a variety of surfaces.

24V COB also comes with adhesive backing for quicker installation on smooth, clean surfaces.

Yes, Lamomo LED strip lights can be cut along designated cutting marks.

You can also extend them using compatible connectors or extension cables. However, please note:

Exceeding the recommended length may cause voltage drop or brightness inconsistency;
Proper connectors and power supply are important for stable performance;

Always follow the product guidelines when modifying strip length.

Do I need to purchase additional accessories? Lamomo LED strip lights come with essential installation accessories included in most packages, such as:

Yes, Lamomo LED strip lights are suitable for outdoor use.

All Lamomo strip lights feature an IP65 waterproof rating, which protects against dust and water splashes, making them ideal for areas like patios, balconies, gardens, and other semi-exposed environments.

However, please note that the included power adapters are not waterproof. When using the lights outdoors, the power supply and connections should be placed in a weatherproof enclosure or a covered area to ensure safe operation. With proper installation and protection, Lamomo LED strip lights can be a reliable choice for outdoor lighting projects.

If your LED strip lights are turning on and off by themselves, it is usually caused by signal interference affecting the receiver, rather than a product malfunction.

This can happen when other remote-controlled devices or signals are nearby.

To fix this issue, please try re-pairing the remote control with the receiver:

  Point the remote directly at the LED strip receiver;
  Press and hold the “10%” and “50%” buttons at the same time;
  Hold for about 10 seconds until the connection is reset

After re-establishing the connection, the lights should operate normally. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.

The estimated transit time is provided by DHL, UPS, FedEx and other international express companies. Lamomo Neon® cannot guarantee the arrival date of the package due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather related, local customs clearance or other shipping delays. When your order ships, we will update the order status on your order page, and will also send you an email with your tracking number and a link to a logistics inquiry that you can track online.

Some countries have value restrictions on international shipping. If your order exceeds your country’s restrictions, your order may be shipped as multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Please contact your local customs office for more information on value restrictions in your country. Since we will ship the goods as soon as they are ready, sometimes we also ship in multiple packages. You can contact us to confirm.

Usually, we begin confirming the design and production process once we receive an order. Therefore, Lamomo Neon® offers a policy allowing modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email info@lamomoneon.com. After 12 hours, you will need to wait until the product ships and then refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy. Once the product is complete, the order cannot be canceled. For orders rejected at the carrier level and returned to us, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

After placing an order, you can change your shipping address or other personal information by contacting our customer service. Typically, you can only make these changes on the same day or next day you place the order, as processing begins shortly after. Changes cannot be made if the item has already been shipped or if the request is made after the day the order was placed.

We offer a policy of return and exchange within 14 natural days from the date of product arrival, and we only provide refunds and returns for defective products. Returned products must be in good physical condition and you will be responsible for shipping costs for returns. Once the product is complete, you cannot cancel the order. Under normal circumstances, the return time of the money is 1-7 working days. It is normal for refunds received by different payment channels to be delayed to varying degrees; the actual date of receipt of the refund shall prevail.
