Colors: We have a total of 14 colors for both LED lights and LED strip covers to choose from, which means the color of light and  strip covers can be different.

Fonts: We have developed 30 font families including cursive, block and double line fonts. If the custom neon fonts on our custom neon page  aren’t what you want, tell us what you need and we’ll make it happen right away!

Once you click the “Add to Cart” button, The system will generate a proof of your neon sign design with all the details of your custom order, price and what you will receive in the box. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and we will start making your neon sign. If you still have questions or need assistance, please email us with any questions and we will provide further assistance. Please note that your order turnaround time is reached without objection within 12 hours of your order being placed. When in doubt, this may add additional processing time. There are various options for you to choose from. By default, the custom neon sign is mounted on a clear acrylic backplate, choose different backplate shapes for different fonts: cut shapes, cut rectangles, cut letters, acrylic stand and out of the box. All logos will be designed and produced within 12 hours of placing the order and confirming with you. It generally takes 1-3 days to make (depending on how easy it is to customize the content). If there are too many pending orders, there will be delays. You can always tell me your expected delivery date and we will fully cooperate with your request.

We design and manufacture all kinds of neon signs, including: commercial signs, shop signs, UV printing signs, RGB color changing/symphony signs, wedding signs, party signs, all kinds of festivals, event signs, home decoration signs, outdoor signage, etc.

Neon products come with a 24 month warranty. For claiming warranty, please keep your receipt and/or invoice to verify proof of purchase. During the warranty period, we offer complimentary repairs or replacements for products or parts that are confirmed to have defects arising from substandard materials or craftsmanship.
Please note that indoor signs are not intended for outdoor use or areas where they might be exposed to water. Using the product improperly will invalidate the warranty. The approach to resolving any issues will be tailored to the specific cause of the fault and will be agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. Lamomo Neon® assumes no responsibility for costs associated with the installation or removal of the neon sign. Should you suspect a failure with your sign, we will ask for photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may request that the sign be returned to us for repair or replacement.
In the case of an alleged sign failure due to an undetermined cause, we will use our discretion to assess whether the issue is covered under our 24-month warranty.

Most of Lamomo Neon®’s signs and light strips are plugged into power sockets. We do have battery pack options for small signs and light strips. Usually, if the voltage is within 5V, the neon sign is available to use battery power supply, and if the voltage is above 12V, it has to connect the power with a adapter. Please contact us to find out if your custom design is suitable for batteries.

Lamomo Neon®’s neon lights are all certified by UL, the adapters have FCC and UL certification, and the controllers have FCC and Rohs certification. All of them are commercial grade, with guaranteed quality, so you can use them safely and at ease.

Our custom neon signs and regular LED neon lights are usually in 8-10mm thickness, with a minimum letter height of about 3-4 inches for simple / non-cursive fonts and about 3-4 inches for cursive fonts 4-5 inches. More size options are available for custom neon signs, see the Custom Neon Signs page for details. If you request an oversized sign, you may let us know the exact size you want.  If the sign is too big to ship, we  will construct it by using two or more backboards that can be easily assembled. This design not only ensures the safety of the sign during transit but also meets your specific requirements.

Yes, with UV printing technology, we are able to fully restore the colors of the image, and is safe and non-fading. UV printing can be used for background colors of the neon sign or printing out any image you want. If you need a specific color for backgrond, just give us your Pantone code or CMYK subdivision and we can match!

Our neon lights and signs are made of high quality acrylic (or other material base plate) and LED flexible tubes, which are different from traditional glass neon lights.
It can be summarized as the following 3 steps:
Use the engraving machine to engrave the shape of the designed light card on the acrylic plate. Embed the LED strips into the graphics and attach wires at each connection.
Cover with silicone
Material: We use LED flex neon lights, FPC material for the light strip, and the bottom plate is acrylic or PVC or other materials you require. 
For IP67 waterproof outdoor signs,  the neon tubes and electrical components are enclosed in a sealed casing that prevents water from entering. 

If you plan to use your new neon sign outdoors or anywhere it might get wet, please choose "Outdoor Use" in the product options .Our outdoor neon signs are waterproof  and we will add IP67 waterproofing for you dust -rated process and protected against immersion in water up to 3.3 feet (1 meter) deep for up to 30 minutes. Since the tags are equipped with adapters, controls, and have a power outlet, they are not suitable for underwater use. Please note that our standard signs are not waterproof and should not be exposed to wet weather, extreme heat or cold, or placed where they may become wet.

The remote control and dimmer will be selected by you in the neon product options according to your needs. Typically, monochrome neon lights require dimmers, while RGB and phantom require controllers. RGB and Full Color Neon lights/signs can be controlled by Google Assistant, Alexa, other smart software and mobile APP. Our remotes and dimmers offer a range of brightness settings, on and off options, and party modes that make light signs flash, blink and pulse. They also allow you to dim the brightness of the sign, which helps with exposure when taking pictures in front of the LED neon lights or using it as a photo feature. At the same time, our neon lights can also switch the light color and flashing speed along with the music rhythm, which is very intelligent.

Our neon signs are handmade, usually it takes 1-3 days to produce (according to the difficulty of making the sign), and the delivery time is 2-3 weeks; emergency ordering service is available, please see Shipping & Tax Policy for specific services.

Please open your package as soon as you receive it. If your neon sign is damaged during shipping, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to take a picture and video of the broken sign in the box, report the broken part, and attach that content to your email. We will make sure to provide a solution.

LED neon signs are 10 times more energy efficient than the same signs made of glass neon tubes. LED neon flexible has low power consumption, according to product size, divided into 12V / 24V / 120V. Compared with typical glass neon lights with input voltage of 3KV-18KV, LED neon lights have lower electricity bills and higher safety. When used properly, LED neon flexible signs can last up to 5 times longer than glass neon signs, which means less waste. Finally, all Lamomo Neon® LED neon signs do not contain neon, mercury or any other harmful chemicals that may make recycling difficult, are child-safe, have a lifespan of 50000-100,000+ hours, are hard-wearing and easy to clean.

Usually, we begin confirming the design and production process once we receive an order. Therefore, Lamomo Neon® offers a policy allowing modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email info@lamomoneon.com. After 12 hours, you will need to wait until the product ships and then refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy. Once the product is complete, the order cannot be canceled. For orders rejected at the carrier level and returned to us, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
